- The black line in the middle of the photo was used as a reference line to the volatile, which is on the left but cannot be seen in this photo.

- This photo was taken 24 hours after the spore suspension was placed on the plate.

- Distances travelled range from 119μm to  824μm.

- The assay was set up 7/5/2007.

- The height of the agar block was ~5mm.

- The green spore is practicing very poor lab safety.
